General Terms and Conditions:
  1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion period is from September 11, 2023 till December 31, 2023, both dates inclusive ("Promotion Period").  All Eligible Transactions (based on transaction dates, as defined in Clause 5) must be conducted during the Promotion Period.
  2. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion applies to Cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citi Credit Cards issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards”).  CSL Mobile Limited / PCCW Media Limited / Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("Merchant") may reject an Eligible Card if its payment system cannot handle the Eligible Card type. Please contact the Merchant for details.
  3. csl and 1O1O services are provided by CSL Mobile Limited (“csl/1O1O”); Now TV services provided by PCCW Media Limited; NETVIGATOR / LikE1OO/ HKT Fixed Line Service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited.  Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is only applicable to the Merchant’s 1O1O / csl / Now TV / NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO or HKT Fixed Line Services (“HKT Services”) outlets, hotline, and/or direct sales.
  4. Service plans and offers are subjected to terms and conditions of the Merchant.
  5. Unless otherwise specified, Cardholders are required to make a Single Net Transaction or an installment under Merchant Installment Plan with original Eligible Card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts (based on transaction dates) ("Eligible Transaction”) on standalone designated mobile handsets/ tablets/ notebooks (“Designated Handset”), or subscription to Designated Handset bundle service plan or HKT Service plan with the Eligible Cards as applicable during the Promotion Period to enjoy the respective offers.
  6. A “Single Net Transaction” refers to the retail purchase made with an Eligible Card in a single transaction during the Promotion Period (based on transaction dates) for which original merchant sales receipts and credit card sales slips can be produced.  This promotion applies to the final amount of the Single Net Transaction after deduction of all applicable discounts, reductions and value of cash vouchers.  Other transactions, including but not limited to purchase of cash vouchers, or unposted/cancelled/refunded/falsified/unauthorized transactions are excluded.
  7. Installments under Citi iPhone for Life Plan are excluded from Eligible Transaction.
  8. Split transactions will not be accepted.
  9. During the Promotion Period, each Cardholder (based on the unique Hong Kong Identity Card/ Passport number per Citibank’s record) (regardless of how many principal and supplementary cards are under Cardholder) can enjoy each offer once only.  If a Cardholder redeem each offer more than once during the Promotion Period, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder's Eligible Card account the respective equivalent amount of the offer(s) on or before February 29, 2024 without prior notice.
  10. If a Cardholder fails to settle all relevant autopay payments with the Eligible Cards or terminates the contract/ the autopay service during the committed contract period, Offer 2 or Offer 3 will be forfeited. Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the offer(s) granted without prior notice.
  11. The offers are available on a first-come-first-served basis, while stock lasts.  The offers are also subject to the availability of the Designated Handset models or service plans which will be updated by the Merchant from time to time and subject to change.  Please enquire with the Merchant for details. Each Cardholder is limited to two of each Designated Handset model per purchase.
  12. No registration is required for the offers.
  13. The promotion is governed by these Terms and Conditions and other terms and conditions stipulated by the Merchant. Please enquire with the Merchant for details.
  14. Citibank will determine the eligibility of Cardholders to participate in this promotion based on Citibank's records.
  15. In case of any fraud/abuse/reversal or cancellation of transactions in respect of which the offers were awarded, Citibank reserves the right to debit from the Cardholder’s Eligible Card account the equivalent amount of the offers without prior notice.
  16. Cardholders’ Eligible Card accounts must be valid and with good credit record during the Promotion Period and the fulfilment period in order to be eligible to receive the offers, otherwise Citibank reserves the right to forfeit the offers without prior notice.
  17. Cardholders must keep and submit the relevant original credit card sales slips and original merchant sales receipts and/or other documents in respect of the Eligible Transactions for inspection upon request by Citibank. All documents submitted to Citibank will not be returned.
  18. Unless otherwise specified, this promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotions, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for cash or other offers.
  19. Unless otherwise specified, the offers in this promotion can be used at the same time.
  20. Availability of the offers is subject to offer or service availability, account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the Merchant at their absolute discretion. Photos, product specifications and prices are for reference only.
  21. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The Merchant is solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services. Please contact the Merchant for details.
  22. Citibank and the Merchant reserve the right to amend the terms & conditions without prior notice. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the Merchant.
  23. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms & conditions, the English version shall prevail.
 
“csl/1O1O Standalone Designated Handset Offer: Enjoy up to HK$950 Instant Discount” (“Offer 1”) Terms and Conditions:
  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make an Eligible Transaction of designated net amount on standalone Designated Handset with Eligible Cards at csl/1O1O to enjoy instant discount of designated amount. Detail as below:

  1. During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are required to make an Eligible Transaction of HK$7,500 or above on Designated Handset Bundle Service Plan at csl/1O1O with Eligible Cards to enjoy HK$800 rebate provided by csl/1O1O on the second bill month of service plan.
  2. A “Designated Handset Bundle Service Plan” refers to the purchase of a Designated Handset and subscribe to the csl/1O1O designated connection service plan. Only the net purchase price of the Designated Handset and the service fee prepayment required by csl/1O1O will be counted towards the calculation of Eligible Transaction in respect of Offer 2.
