Service Plan Basic Terms and Conditions: | ||
1. | Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to 1O1O, csl and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS. Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks, the charge is $0.6 per Inter-network SMS. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks, the charge is $2 per International SMS . Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged. | |
2. | Local Thereafter Charge for MMS: $2 per MMS. | |

♦ 5G additional SIM cards Terms & Conditions: | ||
An additional 5G SIM card is applicable to 50GB or above service plans only. Customer can subscribe to an additional 5G SIM card in respect of the primary SIM service contract period to a maximum of four additional 5G SIM cards. You are required to subscribe to each additional 5G SIM card for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months. All additional 5G SIM card usage will be deducted from your service plan’s entitlement. Roaming charges apply when using an additional 5G SIM card overseas. If your service plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, additional 5G SIM card service will also be suspended or limited. If your service plan is terminated, the additional 5G SIM card will also be terminated and you will have to pay an early termination charge. 5. | If you upgrade your additional SIM services (e.g. from 1 additional SIM to 2 Additional SIM) during the Commitment Period for the Addition SIM service, no Early Termination Charge for Additional SIM will be chargeable by reason of such upgrade. However, the Commitment Period for the Additional SIM services will start to run from the effective date of such upgrade. | |
6. | All usage of Additional SIM will be counted towards the usage of your Service Plan. Roaming charges will apply when you use the Additional SIM overseas. | |
7. | If your Primary SIM Service Plan or any part thereof is suspended or limited, the services of the Additional SIM will also be suspended or limited. | |

“Netflix /Now E Basic Pack” Terms & Conditions:
- “Netflix/NowE 5G Plan”(the “Services”) is only applicable to csl/1O1O customers who have subscribed to “Netflix 5G Service Plan (50GB/100GB)” mobile service and data plans. The contract period of The Services is 24/36 month, which includes Netflix Basic (HK $63/month) or Netflix Premium ( HK$93/month), and NowE Pack: Now NewsNow Sports Prime, Viu Premium, ViuTV.
- Customers who purchase The Services must also agree to all the terms and conditions of the "Netflix 5G Service Plan (50GB/100GB)".
- To use the Services, customers must register for a Netflix and NowE account.
- Customer must log into his/her Netflix/NowE account to manage account’s subscription.
- If customer subscribe to a “Netflix 5G Service Plan (50GB)” of the $358/month data plan (csl) or $419/month data plan (1O1O), then upgrade Netflix Plan to Netflix Standard Plan (HKD $78/month) or Netflix Premium Plan (HKD $93/month) ,customer is required to pay an additional charge of HK$15 or HK$30 per month respectively, charges will be added to csl/1O1O mobile bill.
- Customer must download and successfully install the Netflix and NowE App from Google Play or Apple App Store to use the Services; or visit Netflix/NowE online platform.
- Mobile data used to access the Netflix/NowE content, will be deducted from and/or charge at the customer’s csl/1O1O mobile service and data plan.
- When “csl/1O1O 5G Service Plan x Netflix (50GB/100GB)” commitment period expired, Netflix service will continue according to customer’s previous Netflix subscription (if any), which will resume the original Netflix subscription; if customers wish to terminate the Netflix service, customers are required to contact Netflix support at https://help.netflix.com/.
- Video quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location and network coverage and performance.
- CSL is not the supplier of Netflix/NowE Service, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of Netflix and NowE contents. In case of any enquiry or dispute about the Service, please contact Netflix/NowE Customer hotline directly at csl 25123123/1O1O 28811010.
- Access to the Netflix Service Plan is provided by Netflix Pte. Ltd. and is bind by Netflix Terms & Conditions, please visit https://help.netflix.com/legal/termsofuse for details.
- Now E, the Application, the Website and the content are provided by PCCW and its licensors. The use of Now E, the Application and the Website is subject to the “Now E Terms and Conditions” (available for viewing at http://www.nowe.com/tnc/service , http://www.nowe.com/tnc/tvbox and http://www.nowe.com/help/thingstoknow respectively).
- The customer shall not modify, adapt, sub-license, reproduce, distribute, copy, exploit, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion,its Content and/or any downloadable software of the Netflix or NowE application.
- Netflix and NowE can be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region for customer’s private domestic viewing only and must not be shown or exhibited for any public or commercial purposes.
- If you terminate the Service before the expiry of the commitment period for the Service, CSL will charge you early termination charges, which are the sum of the monthly fees for the remaining months of the commitment period for the Service. The Service will terminate immediately when your Designated Mobile Plan is terminated by you or by CSL.
- The General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the Designated Mobile Plan and the Service.
- In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.

The Now TV services under this Application are supplied by PCCW Media Limited upon the terms of this Application, the VAS Package Menu and Service Guide, and the Now TV Terms and Conditions (which can be viewed and downloaded at www.now-tv.com). A copy of these terms and conditions were also made available to me by your sales representative. I agree to be bounded by the terms when this Application is accepted by the Service Provider(s). I agree to pay the charges for each service. I have attained the age of 18 and all information provided by me is up-to-date, complete, true and correct.
Special Terms and Conditions for 5G Service Plan:
- 5G service is only applicable at designated locations with a compatible device. 3G/4G service is provided, if outside 5G service coverage.
- These Special Terms and Conditions are supplemental to the Mobile Service Agreement (“Agreement”) and form an integral part of the Agreement. In consideration of us offering the Mobile Service and/or the above offer, you agree to subscribe to the Mobile Service subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and these Special Term and Conditions.
- Subscription to this Service Plan for 24/36 months Commitment Period is required.
- You are required to pay a MTR/Tunnels/Mobile License/Administration Fee of $18 per month.

If you terminate our service before the expiry of the Commitment Period, we may charge you the full value of gifts and premiums you received in addition to any early termination charges you are required to pay.
- The local Mobile Data service will stop when you use up the monthly local Mobile Data usage included in your Service Plan and will resume at the beginning of the next bill month.
- Not all devices support SMS and/or other services included in the Service Plan. You should check whether your device is able to receive SMS and support any services included in the Service Plan.
- Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage applies to local use only.
- Unless otherwise specified, Service Plan included usage will be calculated on a per minute basis. Any usage of less than one minute will be counted as one minute.

The Club and My HKT:
- As a customer of the services you have subscribed to under this Application ("Services"), you will automatically become a member of The Club and an user of My HKT service ("My HKT") (provided and managed by Club HKT Limited and HKT CSP Limited respectively, both of which are subsidiaries of HKT Limited), if you have not already registered. By signing this Application, you understand and agree to:
- the respective terms and conditions of The Club and My HKT and the respective Privacy Statement of the HKT Group and the PCCW Group (which can be viewed at www.theclub.com.hk, www.cs.hkt.com, www.hkt.com/legal/privacy.html and www.pccw.com/legal/privacy.html respectively); and
- appoint The Club and My HKT as your agents to access on your behalf any or all your services accounts with the HKT Group and the PCCW Group to facilitate
- the activation of your membership of; and
- your use of, and our support of the various functions in The Club, My HKT and the Services. Your following email address and mobile number will be used as your contact (including the said email address as your login ID) in relation to The Club and My HKT services.
- If you are unable to provide both a valid email address and a mobile number, My HKT account will not be created, whereas Club HKT Limited will assign an email address to you, as your login ID for The Club registration.
5G Local Data Package:
- This Local Data Package (this “Service”) provides additional 5G monthly mobile data to your designated Ultra Speed mobile service plan.
Current 4G Service Plan customer is eligible to subscribe :- $58/30GB 5G Local Data for 18-month / 24-month/ 30-month/ 36-month commitment period
- $100/100GB 5G Local Data for 18-month / 24-month/ 30-month/ 36-month commitment period
- $88/50GB 5G Local Data for 18-month / 24-month/ 30-month/ 36-month commitment period
- $168/120GB 5G Local Data x Netflix for 24-month / 36-month commitment period
- $168/150GB 5G Local Data for 18-month / 24-month/ 30-month/ 36-month commitment period
- $200/150GB 5G Local Data FUP 2Mbps for 24-month/ 30-month/ 36-month commitment period
- $250/300GB 5G Local Data FUP 3Mbps for 24-month / 30-month/ 36-month commitment period
- Subscribing to this services is eligible to automatically upgrade 4G local data, including this Service bonus data and mobile service plan entitlement, to 5G local data, meanwhile, other services terms and conditions will not be changed. Remaining unused data entitlement will be forfeited by default each month.
- For selected 5G service plans, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.
