Terms and Conditions relating to the designated special offer for subscribing to designated Now TV 24-months Pack (without a Set-Top Box) as a VAS Plan to 1O1O or csl  monthly plan service 

Existing 1O1O or csl monthly service plan customers may subscribe to designated Now TV pack with 24-month commitment period (without a Set-Top Box) at designated special offer (“Now TV VAS Plan”). The commitment period of the Now TV VAS Plan commences on the commencement date as specified in the csl or 1O1O monthly service plan.

By subscribing or using this Now TV VAS Plan, you confirm to have read, understood and accepted Now TV Limited’s terms and conditions in relation to this Now TV VAS Plan.  For details, please visit https://www.nowtv.now.com/terms-and-conditions/. 

The Now TV VAS Plan does not include a Now TV Set-Top Box and is not applicable for use with a Now TV Set-Top Box. The Now TV VAS Plan is not applicable to customers with a Now ID connected and registered with a Now TV with Set-Top Box. If an existing Now TV customer has already subscribed to any designated Now TV packs services, a different Now ID needs to be provided for registering Now TV VAS Plan. Existing Now TV customers with the same Now ID who are currently subscribed to certain Now TV packs services are not eligible to enjoy certain Now TV VAS Plans. Please contact sales staff for more information. 

The monthly subscription fee of the Now TV VAS Plan will be billed via your csl or 1O1O monthly service invoice. 

If you terminate the Now TV VAS Plan before the expiry of the designated commitment period, you must pay us an early termination fee, which is the total monthly fees for the remaining months of the designated commitment period. After the designated commitment period ends, the Now TV VAS Plan will continue to be provided to you at the prevailing monthly fee rate until you provide CSL Mobile Limited at least 30 days’ prior notice (or such other period as required by the relevant Now TV VAS service plan contract of csl or 1O1O monthly service plan (if applicable) to cancel the subscription of the Now TV VAS Plan. 

All programs, content and matches in this Now TV VAS Plan are subject to cancellation and/or suspension by the rights holders and/or the organiser. Dates and times of all programs and events may be subject to change from time to time, so please refer to official announcements by the rights holders and/or the organiser for the latest information. Please note that Now TV Limited cannot guarantee the continued availability of the matches, content, channels, programmes and/or services on the Now TV services for the entire duration of your Now TV subscription; the channel line-up and programming on the Now TV Services, and hours of broadcast of any channel or program are subject to change from time to time. Now TV Limited shall not be liable for any failure, unavailability or delay in the broadcast, of any matches, content, channels and/or programs.  

To access the Now TV services and the Now TV VAS Plan by using the Now apps (Now TV app on compatible mobile devices and/or specific smart televisions) and the Now TV website on compatible computer operating systems, browsers and applications, you must have a Now ID. Customer may create a Now ID by providing a Hong Kong mobile number and by following the instructions on the Now TV app or the Now TV website. For customer who has a mobile number registered for csl, 1O1O services would like to use the Now TV VAS Plan under the same mobile number, the customer must create or otherwise log-in to his/her Now ID using the same mobile number that registered for such services prior to subscribing to access to the Now TV VAS Plan. 

Customers subscribing to the Now TV VAS Plan that includes the relevant Now TV pack are subject to the following relevant terms: 

(i) For customers subscribing to the Now TV VAS Plan that includes 3-Pack Soccer Combo: 3-Pack Soccer Combo includes Premier League and LALIGA EA SPORTS matches, Now Sports Premier League TV, MUTV, and Now668 horse racing channel, with a total of 13 linear channels including: Channel 611 Now Sports 4K 1, Channel 621 Now Sports Premier League 1, Channel 622 Now Sports Premier League 2, Channel 623 Now Sports Premier League 3, Channel 624 Now Sports Premier League 4, Channel 625 Now Sports Premier League 5, Channel 626 Now Sports Premier League 6, Channel 627 Now Sports Premier League 7, Channel 632 Now Sports 2, Channel 633 Now Sports 3, Channel 668 Now 668, Channel 620 Now Sports Premier League TV and Channel 640 MUTV; and 3 On-Demand Services: LALIGA EASPORTS, Premier League and MUTV. 

 

(ii) For customers subscribing to the Now TV VAS Plan that includes beIN SPORTS Super Pack: beIN SPORTS Super Pack includes channel Now Sports 4K 2/beIN SPORTS 1/beIN SPORTS 2/beIN SPORTS 3/beIN SPORTS 4/beIN SPORTS 5/beIN SPORTS 6; and On Demand - Formula 1 World Championship/beIN Sports/UEFA Champions League/UEFA Europa League/UEFA Conference League & UEFA Youth League/ Bundesliga/Serie A/Ligue 1/Turkish Süper Lig/Australian Open/Roland Garros. 

 

(iii) For customers subscribing to the Now TV VAS Plan that includes Western Signature Pack: The relevant service plan with Western Signature Pack already includes HBO Max (Standard) or HBO Max (Premium) subscriptions under the HBO Max service that customers have subscribed to the relevant Now TV VAS Plan during the subscription period.  Western Signature Pack (HBO Max Standard Plan) with HBO Max (Standard) allows customers to watch content via the HBO Max App on two (2) supported devices at a time in up to Full HD quality. Western Signature Pack (HBO Max Premium Plan) with HBO Max (Premium) allows customers to watch content via the HBO Max App on on four (4) supported devices at a time in up to 4K UHD quality and Dolby Atmos (as available). Please refer to https://www.max.com/hk/en for further details. The relevant service plan you subscribe to under the Now TV service is “without a Now TV Set-Top Box”, which means you may watch live or on-demand content via Now TV Apps/Website on no more than two (2) compatible electronic devices simultaneously. Upon subscription to any service plans under Now TV services with Western Signature Pack and HBO Max (Standard), Now TV will send an SMS notification about HBO Max service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the relevant service plan’s effective date. To activate HBO Max service, the customer is required to complete the activation process by entering the required information at HBO Max website through the designated activation link provided by Now TV. Customers may follow the instructions via SMS; customers may also complete the activation process on http://www.nowtv.now.com/nowtv-hbomax. The commitment period, the relevant validity period of a pack/plan or the subscription period (as the case may be) of the relevant service plans will commence on the date on which the SMS is sent out, irrespective of whether the customer activates the HBO Max service. For more details about Western Signature Pack under Now TV services and HBO Max app provided by Warner Bros. (iv) For customers subscribing to the Now TV VAS Plan that includes Junior Signature Pack: The relevant service plan with Junior Signature Pack already includes Disney+ Standard subscriptions under the Disney+ service that customers have subscribed to the relevant Now TV VAS Plan during the subscription period. Junior Signature Pack (Disney+ Standard) with Disney+ Standard allows customers to watch content via the Disney+ app and Disney+ website (www.disneyplus.com) with video quality up to 1080p Full HD video; and audio quality up to 5.1. Concurrent streams: two (2) devices. Junior Signature Plan with Disney+ Premium can be accessed through the Disney+ app and the Disney+ website (www.disneyplus.com) with video quality up to 4K UHD & HDR video; and audio quality up to Dolby Atmos audio**. Concurrent streams: four (4) devices. Please refer to https://www.disneyplus.com for further details. Your use of and our provision of the Now TV services are subject to Now TV Things to know before you buy, Now TV Terms and Conditions, Now TV App/Website Terms and Conditions, Now TV Service Guide and Now TV Contract/Application Form. If any subscription under this Now TV VAS Plan is terminated, this Now TV VAS Plan will also be terminated, and Now TV Limited and CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) shall not be held liable in this regard.

This Now TV VAS Plan is subject to CSL’s terms of service (https://www.hkcsl.com/tc/service-terms-and-conditions/). CSL reserves the right to change or cancel this offer and/or amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

In the event of any disputes, the decisions of CSL Mobile Limited and Now TV Limited shall be final. 

Terms and Conditions for 1O1O / csl users to waive the data usage of Now TV app 

Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of the 1O1O or csl monthly service plan (“Users” ) can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now TV app (“Apps”) in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the Apps. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the Apps, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the Apps will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on Now TV app can only be used in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the content is for private viewing in Hong Kong only by the Users. It cannot be publicly or commercially displayed or played. The image quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL") is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. These terms and conditions are based on the English version (if there is any Chinese version provided, it is for reference only). In case of any disputes, CSL and Now TV Limited reserve the right to make the final decision.

此Now TV增值服務計劃包含的所有節目、內容及賽事取決於主辦單位及/或權利持有人的取消及/或暫停。節目日期及時間可能會不時變更，請參閱主辦單位及/或權利持有人官方最新公佈。請務必須知Now TV Limited 並不能確保您所訂購Now TV服務的賽事、內容、頻道、節目及或服務於訂購期內會持續播放或提供，及Now TV 服務的頻道內容及節目、以及任何頻道或節目的播出時間可能會不時更改。Now TV Limited不對任何賽事、內容、頻道及/或節目的播放故障、未能供應或播放延遲承擔責任。

客戶訂購Now TV增值服務計劃包含相關 Now TV 組合須受以下相關條款約束： 

(i) 客戶訂購包含三重足球精選組合的Now TV增值服務計劃: 三重足球精選組合包括英超及西甲足球賽事、Now Sports Premier League TV、MUTV，以及Now668賽馬頻道，共有13條頻道包括：頻道 611 Now Sports 4K 1、頻道621 Now Sports 英超1台、頻道622 Now Sports 英超2台、頻道623 Now Sports 英超3台、頻道624 Now Sports 英超4台、頻道625 Now Sports 英超5台、頻道626 Now Sports 英超6台、頻道627 Now Sports 英超7台、頻道632 Now Sports 2 、頻道633 Now Sports 3、頻道 668 Now 668、頻道620 Now Sports Premier League TV ，以及頻道640 MUTV；及3個自選服務：英格蘭超級足球聯賽自選服務、西班牙甲組足球聯賽自選服務及MUTV自選服務。 

 

(ii) 客戶訂購包含beIN SPORTS Super組合的Now TV增值服務計劃: beIN SPORTS Super組合包括Now Sports 4K 2/beIN SPORTS 1/beIN SPORTS 2/beIN SPORTS 3/ beIN SPORTS 4/ beIN SPORTS 5/ beIN SPORTS 6，及自選服務世界一級方程式錦標賽/beIN SPORTS/歐洲聯賽冠軍盃/歐霸盃/歐洲協會聯賽及歐洲青年聯賽/德國甲組足球聯賽(德甲)/意大利甲組足球聯賽(意甲)/法國甲組足球聯賽(法甲)/土耳其足球超級聯賽(土超)/澳洲網球公開賽/法國網球公開賽。

有關 1O1O 或 csl  用戶使用 Now TV 豁免流動數據用量條款及細則 

由 2023 年 7 月 14 號起，所有 1O1O或csl 月費服務計劃用戶 (「用戶」)透過註冊SIM卡提供的本地流動數據，可豁免於香港地區內使用 Now  TV 應用程式內瀏覽及串流觀看 Now TV 影片時所產生之流動數據用量。但流動數據豁免並不包括於上述兩個程式下載及更新應用程式所產生之數據內容。為免生疑問, 流動數據豁免並不適用於觀看 Now TV 應用程式內所播放的視頻廣告、從其他網站（例如橫幅廣告）或/和從重上述兩個程式內定向的任何其他網站（例如，來自第三方的廣告）, 而所衍生之流動數據使用量將會從您的數據服務計劃中扣除。如客戶在海外下載及/或使用Now TV應用程式，或需另行支付有關之漫遊數據費用。Now  TV 上的所有節目內容只限用户於香港地區內及私人觀看，不得作任何公開或商業用途放映或播放。Now TV 受其收費條款約束。影像素質取決於客戶的流動裝置、服務地點及網路覆蓋及表現。CSL Mobile Limited (「CSL」) 不是內容的供應商，並不對其質量素作出任何陳述或保證，也不對因此產生或與之相關的任何事宜承擔任何責任。本條款及條件以英文版本為準（如有任何僅作參考用的中文版本提供）。如有任何爭議，CSL 及Now TV Limited將保留最終決定權。
