Accidental damage from handling (ADH) group insurance policy coverage provided by Bolttech Insurance (Hong Kong) Company Limited to Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited as the policy holder, for the benefit of the customers, who will be automatically enrolled free of charge as insured members to enjoy accidental and liquid damage protection to their devices, limited to twice per annum (includes screen damage or other accidental damage). Request for this protection service is subject to payment of deductible by customers.
 
Up to 2 times switch service, no questions asked in each rolling 12-month period by paying a switch fee of 35% of the original suggested retail price of the Registered Device. Terms and conditions apply.
 
HKT has appointed Bolttech Device Protection Hong King Limited (“bolttech”) as its service provider to manage and deliver the service.

每年兩次意外損壞保障由免費意外及入水損壞保險提供,由保特保險(香港)有限公司提供給香港電訊有限公司的因使用而導致意外損壞的團體保險。香港電訊有限公司作為保單持有人,為客戶自動註冊成為受保會員令他們的Samsung Galaxy 手機型號可享每年2次其他意外及入水損壞的保障服務 (包括螢幕損壞或其他意外損壞) ,客戶使用此保障服務需支付自負額。
 
服務期內每年一次換機服務,無須理由,每次需支付申請服務時註冊裝置建議零售價28%為換機費。服務受條款及細則約束。
