Restart 3.0 Handset Switch Service (Switch and Screen Replacement only) Terms and Conditions: (Applicable to subscription on or after 27 Jan, 2026)
1. Restart 3.0 Handset Switch Service (the “Service”) is provided to you by Bolttech Device Protection Hong Kong Limited (“bolttech”). You confirm to have read, understood and accepted the terms and conditions of bolttech (the “Restart Program Terms and Conditions”) as stated in https://restart-device.bolttech.hk/hk/en/terms-and-conditions.
2. Application for the Service is subject to approval by bolttech.
3. Each individual is entitled to a maximum of five (5) subscriptions, the sequence of subscription plans will be determined by the time of registration in the bolttech system, regardless of the type of personal identifier used for the subscription(s). Personal identifiers include but are not limited to name, identification number (passport or identity card), address or contact number. All subscriptions from the same individual will be stored in one single account. Starting from the 6th subscription will be rejected.
4. Unless otherwise explicitly indicated by us in writing, the Service is available only to HKID or passport holders who have subscribed to our post-paid services.
5. The Service is only applicable to eligible device models (“Eligible Device”).
6. To apply for the Service, you must subscribe to designated mobile plans (“Designated Mobile Plans”) at the time of Service subscription; or you have an Eligible Device, please refer to https://restart-device.bolttech.hk/hk/en/device-plans for details.
7. Eligible Device: eligible device models which are purchased from csl, 1O1O as a standalone device or a designated retailer; and the device owned by you.
8. Eligible Device must be in good conditions. Upon your application, you will be required to present your device for inspection to see if it is eligible for the Service, as well as provide the device model and IMEI number of your device.
9. The Service allows you to during the Service period
(a) Switch Service: switch your eligible registered device for a replacement device (“Switch”) up to 2 times in each rolling 12-month period by paying to bolttech a switch fee (the “Switch Fee”) of 28% of the original suggested retail price of the Registered Device prevailing at the time of your service application at csl/1O1O store (the “Original SRP”) and/or
(b) Screen Replacement Service: replace a screen for your registered device (“Screen Replacement”) up to 2 times in each rolling 12-month period by paying to bolttech a replacement fee (the “Screen Replacement Fee”) of 3% of the Original SRP.
The Service does not allow you to replace SIM cards or any accessories of the Registered Device.
The above 2 services as in (a) and (b) are collectively called “Service Requests”, each a “Service Request”.
You will also be required to pay a monthly subscription fee (as set out in the application form) for the Service. “Restart Program Terms and Conditions” apply. For full terms of the Service, please see “Restart Program Terms and Conditions” linked in paragraph 1 above.
10. Screen Replacement Service is only applicable to smartphone or tablet. If you submit a Screen Replacement request, our Service Provider will either replace your Registered Device screen or replace your Registered Device. For full terms and conditions of the Screen Replacement Service, please refer to “Restart Program Terms and Conditions” linked in paragraph 1 above.
11. If customer fails to provide IMEI number of the Eligible Device when applying this service, the system will arrange a set of temporary IMEI numbers to bolttech until customer can provide it. You must provide your Eligible Device’s IMEI number to bolttech to be eligible for any Service Request. If you do not provide such IMEI number at the time of application, please ensure that it is provided to bolttech subsequently. Service Request will only be accepted if the IMEI numbers of the device you present for such Service Request matches with the IMEI number of the device you registered as the registered device. The paid Service fees are not refundable. Signed contract period will not be changed and extended, fees will not be refunded.
12. Please refer to Restart Program Terms and Conditions for the number of device switch or screen replacements you are entitled to during each 12-month rolling period during the Service period. Screen replacement service is available to Eligible Device only.
13. The Replacement Device is supplied and delivered to you by bolttech. CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) expressly disclaims any warranties or representations of any kind in relation to the Replacement Device (whether express or implied).
14. The Substitute Device for Switch service does come with the original packaging. It is not guaranteed that the Substitute Device is of the same model or colour as your registered device.
15. bolttech reserves the right to immediately reject any application(s), reject any service request(s) and/or terminate any of your subscription(s) to the Program immediately without notice and without refund of any paid fees if Bolttech have reasonable grounds to believe that your actions in relation to the Program constitutes fraud, or conflicts with abusive our reasonable use policy or the terms and conditions of the Program in any manner. Such actions include, without limitation, providing false or misleading information, using multiple identities, or attempting to obtain devices for resale or commercial gain.
16. CSL is not the supplier of the Service, and makes no representation or guarantee as to the quality of the Service provided by bolttech. In case of any enquiry or dispute about the Service, please contact bolttech directly at service portal: https://hkt-protection.bolttech.hk/hk/ .
17. If you terminate the Service before the expiry of the commitment period for the Service, CSL will charge you early termination charges, which are the sum of the monthly fees for the Service for the remaining unexpired period.
18. The Service will terminate immediately when your Designated Mobile Plan is terminated by you or by CSL.
19. The General Terms and Conditions of CSL apply (https://www.hkcsl.com/en/service-terms-and-conditions/) to the relationship between CSL and you in respect of the Designated Mobile Plan and the Service.
20. In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
21. If you do not hand in your registered device or fail to comply with “Restart 3.0 Program Terms and Conditions” , bolttech may charge you up to 72% of the Original SRP in addition to the Switch Fee. bolttech may take a hold on your credit card at the time of the switch for the purposes of such additional charge.

Restart 3.0 換機服務(更換裝置及屏幕更換)條款及細則 :(適用於2026年1月27日起申請服務)
1. Restart 3.0 換機服務(「此服務」)由 Bolttech Device Protection Hong Kong Limited (“bolttech”) 提供並受 bolttech 的條款與細則約束(「Restart 條款」),詳情請到https://hkt-protection.bolttech.hk/hk/%E6%A2%9D%E6%AC%BE 條款 查閱。
2. 此服務的申請須經過 bolttech 審批。
3. 您可以申請最多五(5)個訂閱計劃,即分別為5部裝置登記此服務,訂閱計劃的次序以bolttech系統登記時間為準。同一名個人的所有訂閱將視為同一帳戶處理,不論申請時所用的個人識別資料類型(包括但不限於姓名、身份證明文件號碼〔護照或身份證〕、地址或聯絡電話)。由第六(6)個訂閱計劃起將拒絕服務申請。
4. 除非我們以書面形式另有明確指出,否則此服務只適用於選用指定上台流動通訊服務計劃的香港身份證或護照持有人。
5. 此服務只適用於指定型號裝置(「指定裝置」)。
6. 當申請此服務時,您須選用指定流動通訊服務計劃(「指定手機服務計劃」),或已有指定裝置,詳情請到 https://hkt-protection.bolttech.hk/hk/device-plans 查閱。
7. 指定裝置指: 於 csl、1O1O 或指定零售商購買指定型號裝置,及相關裝置屬於您。
8. 指定裝置必須處於良好狀態。您提出申請後,您需要出示或在網上檢查以確認您的裝置符合申請資格。
9. 透過此服務,您可以在服務期內
-更換裝置服務:以您的指定註冊裝置換成新換裝置(「新換裝置」),您需向 bolttech 支付申請此服務時註冊裝置的建議零售價(「建議零售原價」)的 28%(「換機費」)及/或
-屏幕更換服務:屏幕更換時,您需向 bolttech 支付3%建議零售價的屏幕更換費(「屏幕更換費」)。
計劃不容許您轉換註冊裝置的 SIM 卡或任何配件。以上兩項服務統稱(「服務請求」),各為一項服務請求。您還需要為此服務支付每月月費(如申請表中所列),並受 Restart 條款與細則約束,詳情請到條款1所示的網站查閱。
10. 屏幕更換服務只適用於智能手機或平板電腦,如果您選擇提出屏幕更換請求,維修商將更換您的註冊裝置屏幕或更換您的註冊裝置。屏幕更換服務受 Restart 條款與細則約束,詳情請到條款1所示的網站查閱。
11. 如客戶未能於申請此服務時提供合資格裝置型號 IMEI 號,系統會先安排一組臨時 IMEI 號到 bolttech 直至客戶能提供為止。您於提出服務請求時所提供的裝置IMEI 號碼需與「登記裝置」的 IMEI 號碼必須完全一樣,服務請求才會被接受。所簽訂的合約期不會改變及延長, 已繳付的服務費用不作退回。
12. 有關指定註冊裝置於此服務期内每年更換裝置或屏幕更換的次數及詳情,請瀏覽 Restart 條款。屏幕更換服務只適用於指定裝置。
13. 您的新換裝置是由 bolttech 提供及送遞。香港移動通訊有限公司( “CSL”)不會對替代裝置作任何陳述及保證(不論明示或暗示)。
14. 更換裝置服務所提供的新換裝置附帶原始包裝的全新手機,但我們不能保證新換裝置與您的註冊裝置為相同的型號或顏色。
15. 如bolttech認為申請超出合理使用政策的範圍,有權拒絕任何訂閱申請;或bolttech有合理理由相信您從事任何欺詐及與合理使用政策或本計劃條款及細則有所衝突的行為,保留立即拒絕任何申請、拒絕任何服務請求及/或終止任何訂閱,而無需退還已繳付費用的權利。此等行為包括但不限於提供虛假或具誤導性的資料、使用多重身份,或企圖以轉售或商業用途獲取裝置。16. CSL 不是此服務的供應商,及對 bolttech 的服務質素不作任何保證及陳述。如有任何查詢,請到bolttech服務平台https://hkt-protection.bolttech.hk/hk/%E4%BA%A4%E6%8F%9B
17. 如客戶於承諾期完結前或期間提前終止此服務,CSL 有權收取提早終止費用, 該費用是服務計劃剩餘未到期期間的月費之總和。
18. 當您或 CSL 終止您的指定服務計劃時,此服務將立即終止。

20. 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處,應以英文版本為準。
21. 如果您未能提交註冊裝置或未能符合Restart 3.0條款,bolttech 有可能在「換機費」以外、額外收取高達建議零售價的 72% 的費用。對於有關額外收費,bolttech 有機會在換機時要求您作出信用卡預授權。
