This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
You are required to subscribe to this Service Plan for a Commitment Period of 24/36 months. You are required to pay an Administration Fee of HK$18 per month.
1O1O China-HK-Macau Service Plan Terms and Conditions:
  1. 1.The service plans of $349/$459/$659 include a combination of 20/40/60GB roaming data for mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, as well as 60/110/180GB of local data. The usage is applicable only for mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, and is limited to the current billing month. The speed limit thereafter is 512kbps. Please note that the actual speed and data usage experience may vary depending on the local roaming network.
  2. 2.Thereafter value-added charges for roaming data packages in mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau will be charged at $28/1GB or $98/5GB. Data balance cannot be rolled over to the next billing month and will be canceled after that billing month.
  3. 3.Unless otherwise stated, usage included in a service plan is for local usage only.
  4. 4.Monthly fee $349 package includes 100 minutes entitlement, monthly fee $459/$659 package includes 200 minutes entitlement, for receiving incoming call and making outgoing call to Hong Kong/China/Macau numbers in mainland China and Macau.
  5. 5.Thereafter charge is HK$0.50 per minute. Call charges are calculated on a 1-minute incremental basis. Any usage of less than 1 minute will be counted as 1 minute.

  7. 7.To earn Clubpoints, you must be a member of The Club. The Clubpoints will be credited to your The Club account at once within two weeks and provided that the service is still active, subject to terms and conditions of Club HKT Limited. For details, please visit https://www.theclub.com.hk.
  8. 8.Intra-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to csl, 1O1O and SUN Mobile customers and is subject to a monthly quota of 500 SMS units ("Quota"). Inter-network SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of other Hong Kong networks. International SMS is text SMS sent within Hong Kong to users of overseas networks. Within the monthly Quota, you can enjoy a special rate for sending any Inter-network SMS at $0.3 per SMS and International SMS at $2 per SMS. The Inter-network SMS and International SMS will be counted towards the Quota. If the usage exceeds the Quota, the Thereafter Charge is $0.3 per Intra-network SMS; $0.6 per Inter-network SMS; and $2 per International SMS. Each SMS holds 160 English or 70 non-English characters, including spaces and punctuation marks. If the SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the limit of 70 characters shall apply. If your message exceeds this limitation, it will be transmitted in form of multiple SMS and each SMS will be charged.
  9. 9.Thereafter charge for MMS: $2 each. Unless otherwise stated, the usage included in the service plan is only applicable to local usage and can only be used within the billing month. The balance cannot be rolled over to the next billing month and will be canceled in the billing month.

^ China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service: By using the China HK 1-Card-2-Number Service (the “Service”), you will be allocated a mainland China secondary number alongside with a local primary mobile number. The mainland China secondary number is provided to you by [China United Network Communications Corporation Limited] (“China Unicom”) in accordance with:- i. The Terms and conditions of China Unicom and; ii. Applicable rules, laws and regulations in mainland China, including but not limited to the True Identity Registration. For details of the True Identity Registration, please refer to above link “Importance notice: True Identity Registration required for using China mobile numbers”. When using supporting handset for VoLTE and connect to VoLTE network, your mainland China secondary number will be displayed when the Customer makes a call or send a SMS to mainland China number, otherwise your Hong Kong primary number will be displayed. In any cases, your Hong Kong primary number will be shown when sending MMS via the Service. A HK$0.50 per minute extra charge "Outside Region Connection Fee" applies to all incoming calls received via the China secondary number made outside of China Unicom's network coverage. ~ Promotional Free-trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service (Handset Bundle) Terms & Conditions:
  1. 1.The promotional period of free trial MOOV 24 bit Music Service ("Promotion") is from June 5, 2020 until further notice.
  2. 2.1O1O customer is eligible to get two months free trial of MOOV 24 bit Music Service ("Service") for free when you purchase designated 5G monthly service plan and the customer can enjoy a special offer to subscribe MOOV 24 bit Music Service at HK$68 per month after the free trial. Service automatically renew until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the service after free trial, 7 days prior notice is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the designated monthly service plan.
  3. 3.The above promotion is only eligible to new MOOV 24 bit Music Service subscribers who purchased designated 1O1O 5G monthly service plan with designated commitment period, existing service subscribers are excluded.
  4. 4.MOOV 24 bit Music Service is limited to personal use only via customer's handset. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. CSL Mobile Limited ("1O1O") reserves the right to take legal action.
  5. 5.The quality of music or video streaming varies according to 3G/4G/5G network coverage or handset model used.

MOOV Music Service (“MOOV”)and its content, the app, and the website are provided by MOOV (Hong Kong) Limited. The use of MOOV service and charge are subject to the MOOV terms and conditions (https://general.moov.hk/tnc/eventtnc.html). Starting from 17 November 2023, all users of the 1O1O service plan can enjoy waiving data usage and related charges incurred when streaming MOOV content on the MOOV app. However, the data waving does not include browsing, downloading, and updating the applications mentioned above. To avoid confusion, the data exemption does not apply from other websites (such as banner ads), or from any other websites targeted within the app mentioned above (such as third-party ads). The data usage derived from browsing or downloading content within the apps will be deducted from your 1O1O data service plan. If customers download and/or use the MOOV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges. All programming on MOOV is limited to personal use only in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any public or commercial broadcasting is not allowed. MOOV music streaming quality depends on the customer's mobile device, service location, and network coverage and performance. CSL Mobile Limited is not a content provider and does not make any representations or warranties as to its quality. It also does not assume any responsibility for any matters arising from or related to it. Two months’ waiver of fees for Restart 3.0 Handset Switch Service (“Restart Service”) is applicable only to designated customers subscribing to a designated 5G service plan at any csl or 1O1O outlet (except online such as at Club Shopping). Customer must agree to a 24-month commitment period in respect of both services. The monthly fee for Restart Service shall be HK$48 starting from the third month of the commitment period. ** Starting from 14 July 2023, all users of 1O1O monthly service plan (“Users”)can enjoy wavier for local data usage provided by the registered SIM card when streaming Now TV video contents and browsing on the Now TV app (“App”)in Hong Kong. For avoidance of doubt, the local data usage waiver is not applicable to data usage that incurred for downloading and updating of the App. The mobile data usage for viewing of video advertisement broadcasted in the App, accessing or downloading content from other websites (such as banner advertisement) or/and any other websites (for example, advertisement from third party) redirecting from the App will be deducted from your Service Plan. If customers download and/or use the Now TV app overseas, they may need to pay additional roaming data charges.
