數據漫遊日數通行證組合 – 亞太區 20 張 條款及細則：
1. 數據漫遊日數通行證組合 – 亞太區 20 張(「數據漫遊日數通行證組合」)提供 20 張數據漫遊日數通行證，並適用於中國內地 / 澳門、台灣、新加坡、馬來西亞、泰國、日本、南韓、越南、菲律賓、印尼、印度、柬埔寨、澳洲 及 新西蘭。
2. 數據漫遊日數通行證組合適用於指定月費服務計劃之個人客戶。客戶須同時登記 IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日數通行證，才可享用這個數據漫遊日數通行證組合，並受相關的特別條款及細則約束，詳情請瀏覽 https://e.hkcsl.com/datapass or https://1010.com.hk/c/datapass。如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及漫遊服務或同時已申請 [暫停流動數據服務]，選用數據漫遊日數通行證組合即代表客戶已同意開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意[開啟流動數據服務]。
3. 數據漫遊日數通行證組合適用於數據漫遊日數通行證並於以下所列出的流動數據漫遊用量，如互聯網瀏覽、漫遊多媒體短訊、WAP 及影音串流等，但不支援 VoIP、BitTorrent、點對點文件共享（如 FTP 文件共享及視訊品會議攝影機）、PeerCasting 應用程式（如 PPLive 網絡電視、PPStream 網絡電視）、VPNTunnel 服務、公司電郵服務、商務推廣活動或任何可能對我們的網絡或其他客戶構成有害或不利的方法。此服務每張日數通行證可使用的數據漫遊用量為 1GB 及其後有關速度上限為 512kbps。請注意有關實際速度及使用數據速度的體驗則視乎當地漫遊網絡。如你違反本服務之條款及細則，我們有權暫停或終止你使用本服務。
4. 每個個人服務計劃只可申請此優惠 1 次，同時只適用於指定服務計劃。
5. 數據漫遊日數通行證組合只可於香港本地境內申請，申請日期至 2026 年 12 月31 日終止，使用有效期 12 個月(「有效期」) 。未使用之數據漫遊日數通行證於有效期後自動失效，其後將會根據該服務當時之漫遊費用收取。
6. 當客戶選用數據漫遊日數通行證組合，香港移動通訊有限公司(「香港移動通訊」)會發出一條短訊通知客戶確認服務啟動。
7. 如客戶使用「大中華」服務計劃或「中港澳」服務計劃，此優惠將不適用於「大中華」服務計劃所覆蓋的地區包括中國內地、澳門及台灣; 或「中港澳」服務計劃所覆蓋的地區包括中國內地及澳門。
8. 如客戶同時選用數據漫遊日數通行證組合及享有其他的數據漫遊日數通行證，將先扣除有效期先完結的優惠。
9. 客戶用完數據漫遊日數通行證組合後，其後收費將會根據數據漫遊日數通行證當時之費用收取。
10. 特別註明外，數據漫遊日數通行證組合不能與其他折扣、推廣或優惠同時使用。亦不能轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品/服務。
11. 如客戶於有效期完結前或期間提前終止流動通訊服務將視作放棄相關優惠。香港移動通訊不會就客戶放棄此權利而負上任何責任。香港移動通訊有權隨時終止或更改此優惠及本條款及細則而無須事先通知。
12. 除非另有說明，數據漫遊日數通行證的啟動模式預設為自動啟動。
13. 5G 數據漫遊服務:5G數據漫遊服務只適用於指定5G服務計劃 或可使用5G網絡服務之服務計劃客戶。客戶須同時登記及啟動IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日數通行證，並以指定可支援手機型號及軟件版本於指定漫遊地區及網絡，才可享用5G數據漫遊服務。詳情: https://e.hkcsl.com/5groamingareastc or https://1010.com.hk/c/datapass
14. 5G數據漫遊服務需視乎當地漫遊網絡的5G網絡覆蓋。在一些沒有5G網絡覆蓋的位置，會自動轉為4GLTE或其他合適的網絡服務。
15. 如有任何爭議，香港移動通訊保留最終決定權。
16. 如中、英文兩個版本有任何抵觸或不相符之處，應以英文版本為準。
Data Roaming Pass Package – Asia 20 Passes Terms & Conditions:
1. Data Roaming Pass Package – Asia 20 passes (“Data Roaming Pass Package”) provides 20 Data Roaming Pass applicable to Mainland China/Macau, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Cambodia, Australia and New Zealand only.
2. Data Roaming Pass Package is available to selected personal account customers who have activated IDD & Roaming service and activated Data Roaming Pass service. It is subject to the SpecialTerms and Conditions for the Data Roaming Pass, please visit https://e.hkcsl.com/datapass-e or https://1010.com.hk/e/datapass for details. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Data Roaming Pass Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”.
3. Data Roaming Pass Package applicable to Data Roaming Pass and applies to Mobile Data roaming usage such as Internet Browsing, Roaming MMS, WAP and audio or video streaming but not support VoIP, Bit Torrent, Peer to Peer file sharing (such as FTP file sharing and webcam applications), Peer Casting type applications (such as PPLive and PPStream),VPN Tunnel service, corporate e-mail service or any commercial promotion activities or any means which may be harmful or adversely affect our network or other customers. The Mobile Data roaming available for this Service is 1GB per pass, after which the data transmission speed will be capped at 512kbps. Please note the actual speed and usage experience depends on applicable roaming networks. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Service if you reach the Terms and Conditions of the Service.
4. Each personal mobile service plan can utilize this offer once only, offer only applicable for designated service plans.
5. Data Roaming Pass Package can only be subscribed in Hong Kong. The last subscription date will be on 31 December 2026. Data Roaming Pass Package remains valid for 12 months (“Validity Period”). All remaining entitlement will be forfeited upon expiry of Validity Period and prevailing roaming rates will apply.
6. Upon customers subscribe to the Data Roaming Pass Package, CSL Mobile Limited (“CSL”) will send them a Short-Message-Service(“SMS”) to confirm the activation of Data Roaming Pass Package.
7. If customer is using Greater China Plan or China-HK-Macau Service Plan, the Service will not be applicable to destinations covered by Greater China Plan or China-HK-Macau Service Plan.
8. If customer with Data Roaming Pass Package another Data Roaming Pass entitlement, the one with earlier validity end date will take priority when data roaming usage is deducted.
9. After the customer has used up the Data Roaming Pass Package, the subsequent charges will be charged according to the then-current rate of Data Roaming Pass.
10. Unless otherwise specified, Data Roaming Pass Package cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, offer or promotion and is neither non-transferable nor exchangeable for cash or other products/services.
11. Customers who terminate their mobile service accounts before expiry of Validity Period shall be deemed to have forfeited any such entitlement, and CSL shall not be responsible for any such forfeiture. CSL reserves the right to terminate or amend these offers and terms and conditions at any time without notice.
12. Unless otherwise specified, Data Roaming Pass activation mode is default as automatic activation.
13. 5G Data Roaming Service: 5G Data Roaming Service is only applicable to 5G service plan customers or service plan customers who are enabled to access to 5G network service. Customer must register and activate IDD, roaming service, data roaming pass, and use designated compatible5G device with specified system version in order to use 5G roaming in designated areas with designated networks. 14. 5G Data Roaming service may not completely coverall locations within the periphery, depending on performance of 5G networks run by local operators. Roaming service will automatically switch to 4G LTE, or other technologies, in locations not covered by a 5G network.
15. In case of any dispute, the decision of CSL is final.
16. In the event of any discrepancies between Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
