條款及細則︰
 
  1. 上述1O1O HKT.AI全能助手計劃及1O1O HKT.AI全能助手環球計劃（「指定服務計劃」）的訂購期由2026年9月18日起至另行通知為止（「推廣期」）。指定服務計劃適用於新上台/續約客戶，須簽訂36個月承諾期。每月港幣18元行政費亦適用於以上所有計劃。1O1O 港幣499 /579元服務計劃，可獲贈港幣6,000元手機及手機配件電子禮券（「手機禮券」）；1O1O 港幣599/679元服務計劃，可獲贈港幣7,000元手機禮券； 1O1O 港幣599/679元服務計劃，可獲贈港幣10,000元手機禮券；1O1O 港幣479/559元服務計劃 ，可獲贈港幣2,000元手機禮券。
  2. 合資格客戶可以指定優惠價購買上述型號手機並同時兌換獲贈之手機禮券。欲享上述優惠，須選用指定服務計劃，並簽訂36個月承諾期。如果客戶因任何原因在上述服務的承諾期屆滿前選擇終止此服務，客戶必須支付提前終止費用，即上述服務的承諾期內剩餘原價月費之總和。所有優惠在指定計劃終止或到期時將被取消。如客戶於承諾期完結前或期間提前終止流動通訊服務將視作放棄相關優惠。CSL不會就客戶放棄此權利而負上任何責任。

  4. 「5G」服務計劃使用 5G 網絡。只適用於指定 5G 網絡覆蓋地區及客戶需使用指定可支援的裝置。然而客戶所體驗之實際速度會少於網絡規格，並會因應所使用之裝置、地點、網絡情況及其他因素而有所影響。離開 5G 網絡覆蓋範圍，以 3G / 4.5G 提供流動通訊服務。
  5. 指定服務計劃之每月基本或增值數據適用於網絡分享（tethering）及點對點（P2P）功能，包括 BitTorrent 等。客戶如有附屬卡或額外 SIM 卡，主卡及其附屬卡或額外 SIM 卡同一時間只可以其中一張SIM 卡使用網絡分享（tethering）及點對點（P2P）功能。如客戶不遵守這指定條例使用數據服務，本公司將有權立即暫停／終止服務，而毋須作事先通知。此外，CSL Mobile Limited保留權利向客戶徵收費用，有關收費則會按CSL Mobile Limited現行收費計算。
  6. 中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合：
    • 此服務適用於指定服務計劃，並須登記 IDD 、漫遊服務及數據漫遊日費之個人客戶，並受有關條款及細則約束。如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及國際漫遊服務或同時已申請 [暫停流動數據漫遊服務] ，選用中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合即代表客戶已同意開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意 [開啟流動數據漫遊服務] 。
    • 此服務內包含之使用量只適用於中國內地及澳門使用 。如客戶之中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合內包含之使用量為「每月3GB」，此服務內包含之使用量只供該賬單月內使用，餘額不能累積至下一個賬單月並會於該賬單月被取消。
    • 如客戶同時擁有中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合、中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合（包括可共享用量及不可共享用量之組合）及大中華數據漫遊組合，於中國內地或澳門使用數據漫遊服務時，使用量會先從不可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除，其後會從大中華數據漫遊組合中扣除， 再會從可共享之中國內地數據漫遊優惠組合中扣除，最後會從中國內地及澳門數據漫遊組合中扣除。
    • 除特別註明外，此服務不能與其他折扣、推廣或優惠同時使用。亦不能轉讓或兌換現金或其他產品/服務。
    • 如客戶於承諾期完結前或期間提前終止流動通訊服務將視作放棄相關優惠。CSL Mobile Limited不會就客戶放棄此權利而負上任何責任。
    • 如客戶於承諾期內提早終止服務，客戶須向本公司支付提早終止費用，其為此服務承諾期內之剩餘月費總和。
  7. 服務範圍只適用於香港及指定 50 個漫遊區域 (「指定漫遊區域」)。指定漫遊區域包括：漫遊區域 A：中國內地及澳門 及 漫遊區域 B：澳洲、柬埔寨、印度、印尼、日本、馬來西亞、新西蘭、菲律賓、新加坡、南韓、台灣、泰國及越南 及漫遊區域 C： 奧蘭島、奧地利、比利時、加拿大、丹麥、芬蘭、法國、德國、關島、根西島、愛爾蘭、英國曼島、意大利、澤西島、列支敦士登、盧森堡、荷蘭、挪威、葡萄牙、波多黎各、西班牙、瑞典、瑞士、英國、美國、美國處女島及梵蒂岡及 漫遊區域 D：克羅地亞、捷克、希臘、匈牙利、冰島、卡塔爾、土耳其及阿拉伯聯合酋長國。
  8. 當每月數據用量超出每月數據限額時，1O1O 港幣499/579元服務計劃的其後本地流動數據網絡規格將會被降至上限 2Mbps；1O1O 港幣599/679/799/879元服務計劃的其後本地流動數據網絡規格將會被降至上限 3Mbps； 1O1O HKT.AI全能助手環球計劃 479/559元 服務計劃包括每月 30GB指定漫遊區域及香港數據組合(只適用於指定漫遊區域及香港使用)，每月150GB本地數據(只適用於香港使用) 及每月60GB中國內地及澳門漫遊數據(只適用於中國內地及澳門使用)。每月使用量只供該賬單月內使用。其後有關速度上限為512kbps。請注意有關實際速度及使用數據速度的體驗則視乎當地漫遊網絡。 數據漫遊適用於此計劃，並須登記 IDD、漫遊服務及數據漫遊通行證之個人客戶，並受有關條款及細則約束。如客戶尚未登記 IDD 及國際漫遊服務或同時已申請「暫停流動數據漫遊服務」，選用此計劃即代表客戶已同意開啟 IDD 及漫遊服務並同意開啟流動數據漫遊服務。當客戶的每月使用量達到速度限制執行時，你會收到短訊通知。客戶所體驗之實際速度會相當地少於最高下載速度，並會因應不同因素而有所偏差，包括互聯網之實際情況、伺服器運作速度、網絡性能、覆蓋範圍、地點、所使用之電腦或裝置、硬件、軟件及其他因素。
  9. 於2026年10月22日或之前成功選用計劃，可享額外一次性18,000 credits。額外18,000 credits 有效期為90日，將於2026年12月31日前發放，屆時合資格客戶將收到短訊通知。

The subscription period for the above-mentioned 1O1O HKT.AI Super Assistants Plan and 1O1O HKT.AI Super Assistants Global Plan ("Designated Service Plans") is from September 18, 2026, until further notice ("Promotion Period"). The Designated Service Plans are applicable to new/renewing customers who sign a 36-month commitment period. An administration fee of HK$18 per month is also applicable to all the above plans.   2. Eligible customers can purchase the above-mentioned handset models at a designated discounted price and concurrently redeem the rewarded Handset Voucher. To enjoy the above offers, customers must subscribe to a Designated Service Plan and sign a 36-month commitment period. If a customer chooses to terminate this service before the expiration of the commitment period for any reason, the customer must pay an early termination fee, which is the sum of the remaining original monthly fees for the commitment period of the above service. All offers will be cancelled upon the termination or expiration of the designated plan. If a customer terminates the mobile communication service before or during the commitment period, it will be considered as giving up the relevant offers. CSL will not be liable for the customer's waiver of this right.

  4. The "5G" service plan uses the 5G network. It is only applicable to designated 5G network coverage areas, and customers must use designated compatible devices. However, the actual speed experienced by customers will be less than the network specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions, and other factors. Outside of 5G network coverage areas, mobile communication services will be provided via 3G / 4.5G.
  5. The monthly basic or top-up data of the Designated Service Plans is applicable to network sharing (tethering) and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions, including BitTorrent, etc. If the customer has secondary SIMs or extra SIM cards, only one SIM card (either the primary SIM, secondary SIM, or extra SIM card) can use the network sharing (tethering) and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at any one time. If a customer fails to comply with these specified conditions when using data services, the Company shall have the right to immediately suspend/terminate the service without prior notice. In addition, CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to impose charges on the customer, which will be calculated based on CSL Mobile Limited's prevailing rates.
  6. Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data Pass:
    • This service is applicable to Designated Service Plans and personal customers who have registered for IDD, roaming services, and a Data Roaming Day Pass, subject to relevant terms and conditions. If a customer has not registered for IDD and international roaming services or has concurrently applied to [Suspend Mobile Data Roaming Service], subscribing to the Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data Pass means the customer has agreed to activate IDD and roaming services and agreed to [Activate Mobile Data Roaming Service].
    • The usage entitlement included in this service is only applicable for use in Chinese Mainland and Macao. If the usage included in the customer’s Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data Pass is "3GB per month", the usage included in this service is only valid for the respective billing month; the remaining balance cannot be carried forward to the next billing month and will be cancelled within that billing month.
    • If a customer concurrently holds a Mainland China and Macau Roaming Data Pass, a Mainland China Roaming Data Offer Pass (including passes with shareable and non-shareable usage), and a Greater China Roaming Data Pass, when using data roaming services in Chinese Mainland or Macao, the usage will be deducted first from the non-shareable Chinese Mainland Roaming Data Offer Pass, then from the Greater China Roaming Data Pass, subsequently from the shareable Chinese Mainland Roaming Data Offer Pass, and finally from the Chinese Mainland and Macao Roaming Data Pass.
    • Unless otherwise specified, this service cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts, promotions, or offers. It also cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products/services.
    • If a customer terminates the mobile communication service before or during the commitment period, it will be considered as giving up the relevant offers. CSL Mobile Limited will not be liable for the customer's waiver of this right.
    • If a customer terminates the service early within the commitment period, the customer must pay the Company an early termination fee, which is the sum of the remaining monthly fees for the commitment period of this service.
  7. The service area only applies to Hong Kong and designated 50 global regions. The Designated global roaming zone includes: Roaming Zone A: Chinese Mainland and Macao; Roaming Zone B: Australia, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam; Roaming Zone C: Aland, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Guam, Guernsey, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, State of Vatican City, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States and US Virgin Islands; Roaming Zone D: Croatia, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Qatar, Turkey and United Arab Emirates
  8. When the monthly data usage exceeds the monthly data entitlement, the network specification for the thereafter local mobile data of the 1O1O HK$499 / HK$579 service plan will be capped at a maximum of 2Mbps; the network specification for the thereafter local mobile data of the 1O1O HK$599 / HK$679 / HK$799 / HK$879 service plans will be capped at a maximum of 3Mbps. The 1O1O HKT.AI Super Assistants Global Plan HK$479 / HK$559 service plans include a monthly 30GB Designated Roaming Destinations and Hong Kong data pass (only applicable for use in Designated Roaming Destinations and Hong Kong), monthly 150GB local data (only applicable for use in Hong Kong), and monthly 60GB Chinese Mainland and Macao roaming data (only applicable for use in Chinese Mainland and Macao). The monthly usage entitlement is only valid for the respective billing month. The subsequent relevant speed limit is 512kbps. Please note that the actual speed and data usage speed experience depend on the local roaming network. Data roaming applies to this plan and is applicable to personal customers who have registered for IDD, roaming services, and a Roaming Data Pass, subject to relevant terms and conditions. If a customer has not registered for IDD and international roaming services or has applied for "Suspend Mobile Data Roaming Service" at the same time, subscribing to this plan means the customer has agreed to activate IDD and roaming services and agreed to activate the mobile data roaming service. You will receive an SMS notification when the customer's monthly data usage reaches the speed limit execution threshold. The actual speed experienced by customers will be considerably less than the maximum download speed and will deviate depending on various factors, including actual internet conditions, server operating speed, network performance, coverage, location, the computer or device used, hardware, software, and other factors.
  9. Customers who successfully subscribe to the plan on or before October 22, 2026, can enjoy an extra one-off 18,000 credits. The extra 18,000 credits are valid for 90 days and will be issued on or before December 31, 2026. Eligible customers will receive an SMS notification at that time.
