Service rate:

Fees for a wide range of services vary according to conditions and location. Please call 171010 and we will transfer you to award-winning home services provider Smart Home for a quotation and details.


The aforementioned services are provided by Smart Home. CSL Mobile Limited is not the supplier of the service. We make no representations or warranties regarding quality of service and shall not in any way be liable to any party in relation thereto. In the event of dispute, please contact Smart Home directly.


Drainage Service
  1. All drainage services are for residential use only. For commercial use, please contact our customer service for pricing.
  2. Most emergency drainage services can be completed. But we cannot guarantee all drainage can be unclogged. If we cannot unclog, no service fee will be charged.
  3. We will not be responsible for external drainage errors (malfunction pipes outside the apartment), service fee is required to be paid in full if all drainage problem is fixed within the apartment. We will assist client to contact management office to rectify the external problem(s).
  4. If any damage(s) incurred during service, maximum compensation will be HK$200.
  5. Some of the problems cannot be fixed immediately (eg. Change of parts/pipes), in such case, we will coordinate with client to fix the problem at the earliest convenient time.
  6. For non-emergency drainage service, please make appoint 3 working days before required service date.
  7. Drainage service will have a 30-day warranty period. If problem persist in the same location, please contact 2717-1196 for support
  8. Client must complete Service completion form upon service completion.

Locksmith
  1. Most emergency locksmith services (lost of key) can be fixed. But we cannot guarantee all locks can be unlocked. If we cannot unlock, no service fee will be charged.
  2. Most emergency locksmith service (jammed key) can be fixed but we cannot guarantee. In some cases where we need to drill the lock, we will obtain client's consent before doing so. Cost for lock replacement will be charged to client separately.
  3. If client wish to replace a lock, we cannot guarantee it can be done immediately. Our technicians will consult with you with the soonest available time for lock replacement service.
  4. For non-emergency locksmith service, please make appoint 3 working days before required service date.
  5. If any damage(s) incurred during service, maximum compensation will be HK$200.
  6. Due to safety measures, client must complete a locksmith service report with the Hong Kong Identity Card or other valid identification document. If client rejects to complete and sign such form, service will NOT be performed and client is required to pay service in full.
  7. Client must complete Service completion form upon service completion.
  8. No warranties will be given for all locksmith service, please verify the job is completed before signing the job completion form.
