Terms and Conditions for Wi-Fi Calling service:
  1. Wi-Fi Calling service is only available with designated service plans and handsets, and cannot be used in conjunction with certain types of service. Please call 28881010 for details.
  2. If customer makes local voice call and send SMS via Wi-Fi Calling, the usage will be deducted from service plan.
  3. If customer makes IDD voice calls via Wi-Fi Calling, additional IDD fees will be charged.
  4. If no csl mobile network coverage, while the Wi-Fi Calling service is connected, Wi-Fi Calling service
    - shall not support sending and receiving Multimedia- Messaging- Service (“ MMS”)
    - shall not support sending USSD code
    - shall not support to set up or cancellation of Call Forward / Call Waiting, but does not affect the activated functions.
  5. Wi-Fi Calling service does not support video call.
  6. csl Wi-Fi service does not support Wi-Fi Calling service.
  7. Wi-Fi Calling service cannot be used when roaming.
