Note:

  1. The above-mentioned 5G monthly service plan is applicable to new connection/recontracting customers who subscribe to a service plan and agree to a 24-month commitment period. Also payable is an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
  2. For selected 5G service plans, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.
  3. These service plans include 150GB/300GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 2 Mbps/ 3 Mbps respectively. When the customer's monthly usage reaches the speed limit, you will receive a SMS notification. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
  4. 1O1O 5G Service Plan X Netflix is only applicable to 1O1O customers who have subscribed to “1O1O 5G Service Plan X Netflix (50GB/100GB)” mobile service and data plans.   5. Get MOOV 24 bit Music Service and/or csl. 5G VR App for two months for free when you purchase designated 5G service plan. After free trial, the customer agrees to continue subscribe on monthly basis at HK$68 and HK$78 per month accordingly. Plan automatically renews until cancelled. If you do not agree to continue subscribe the services after free trial, 7 days prior notice to us is required before the end of free trial period. If you do not agree to receive free trial service, you need to notify the sales staff when purchasing the monthly plan. The services must be used with supportable devices. In any case, if any free 5G value-added services cannot be provided, we reserve the right to substitute with other value-added services or products that we deem appropriate without prior notice.

  7. The Service allows you to switch your designated registered handset for a replacement device (“Replacement Device”) during the Service period. The replacement device is the same model or similar price range and generation as your registered Device. Each designated registered handset may switch up to two (2) times during each 12-month rolling period during the Service period. For the avoidance of doubt, no request for a switch will be accepted if you have made 2 switches within the 12 months immediately before your request. The Replacement Device does not come with the original packaging or any accessories. It is not guaranteed that the Replacement Device is of the same model or colour as your registered device. You are required to pay bolttech a switch fee of 28% of the suggested retail price of your registered device prevailing at the time of your service application at 1O1O store. You will also be required to pay a monthly subscription fee for the service and “Restart Program Terms and Conditions” apply. Free 4-month monthly fee waiver is only applicable to Hong Kong ID card or passport holders who have subscribed to the designated service plan and agree to a 24-month or above commitment period. Also payable is an MTR/Tunnels/Mobile Licence/Administration Fee of HK$18 per month. The free months are the 6th and 12th months contract period. Promotion period until further notice.   9. An additional 5G SIM card is applicable to designated service plans only. Customer can subscribe to an additional 5G SIM card in respect of the primary SIM service contract period to a maximum of four additional 5G SIM cards. You are required to subscribe to each additional 5G SIM card for a commitment period of 24, 30 or 36 months. All additional 5G SIM card usage will be deducted from your service plan’s entitlement. Roaming charges apply when using an additional 5G SIM card overseas.
  10. The offer is provided by The Club. The offer and platinum membership of The Club are subject to Terms & Conditions as dictated by Club HKT Limited.   11. Customers are required to subscribe to a service plan, choose a designated handset, subscribe to value-added services to the value of not less than HK$18/HK$39 (if applicable) per month, and agree to a commitment period of 24 months. Prepayment required (amount depends on device/ service plan you choose). The prepayment sum and additional rebate amount will be credited to your 1O1O account by installments during the commitment period. The monthly fee for your SIM and smart gadget bundle will revert to the basic SIM plan charge after the contract period ends, and your local data entitlement will remain the same. Average monthly handset price is calculated based on an average of 24 months after upfront full payment (round up to the nearest whole number).

If the customer chooses to terminate this service before the expiry of the commitment period of the above service for any reason, the customer must pay the early termination fee, which is the sum of the original monthly fee remaining in the commitment period of the above service.

CSL Mobile Limited reserves the right to terminate or change these Service Plans, offers or terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Unless otherwise specified, this offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. In case of dispute, the decision of CSL Mobile Limited shall be final and binding.
