- NETVIGATOR broadband service is provided by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited and covers only designated areas. Terms & Conditions apply. The service is applicable only to individual customers who newly subscribe to a designated NETVIGATOR broadband service for a set commitment period. Such customers are entitled to a waiver of service installation fee up to HK$680. 2500M bandwidth specifications relating to a 2500M fibre broadband plan refer to network specifications in respect of the services to which you subscribe for the broadband line connected from the modem at the customer’s premises to the first piece of NETVIGATOR network equipment or central office of the broadband network. A 2500M fibre broadband plan provides maximum up-and-downstream bandwidth of 2.5Gbps. Actual speeds experienced will be less than the network specifications suggest and will be affected by the customer’s device, technology, network and software used, network configuration and coverage, usage levels, international bandwidth and other extraneous factors. 2500M fibre broadband service requires equipment to be compatible with 2500M specifications.
- Asia Signature Pack x Netflix (Standard Plan) (with a Set-Top Box) (“Entertainment Combo”) is an integral part of this Service Plan. Upon termination of this Service Plan, Entertainment Combo will be also terminated under the Service Plan. Entertainment Combo is only applicable to a customer who is new to both Netvigator and Now TV services who subscribes to dedicated Netvigator service plan in designated residential areas. Designated Commitment Period is required for a subscription to Entertainment Combo under this Service Plan. Entertainment Combo includes Asia Signature Pack and Netflix Standard Plan. Upon subscription, Now TV will send a SMS notification about Netflix service redemption to the customer’s registered mobile number on the Entertainment Combo effective date.
