Terms and Conditions:

1. The above '5G' monthly plans and the China-HK-Macau 5G Prestige service plans are applicable to new sign-ups/renewal customers, requiring a commitment period of 24/36 months. An administrative fee of HK$18 per month is also applicable to all the above plans. The China-HK-Macau 5G Prestige service plans are subject to terms and conditions, for details please refer to https://1010.com.hk/china_hk_macau_service_plan.
2. 5G 60GB service plan includes 60GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 1 Mbps. 5G 110GB/150GB/ service plan includes 110GB/150GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 2 Mbps. 5G 250GB/500GB/ service plan includes 250GB/500GB monthly local data with thereafter maximum uplink and downlink for data access at 3 Mbps. Actual speeds experienced will be considerably less than the network specifications and will be affected by Internet conditions, server speeds, network conditions, coverage, location, device used, hardware, software, usage levels and other factors.
3. The Service is available to selected personal account customers of designated 1O1O service plan subscriptions who have activated IDD, roaming service and subscribe to Data Roaming Day Pass service. It is subject to related Terms and Conditions. If the customer has not registered for IDD and roaming services or has already applied for “barring of data roaming service”, upon subscription to Mainland China Data Roaming Package, it represents the customer agrees to activate IDD and roaming service and agree to “un-bar data roaming service”. The Service included usage applies to use in Mainland China and Macau regions only.
4. The usage is applicable only for mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, and is limited to the current billing month. The speed limit thereafter is 512kbps. 5. The availability of different model and color are subject to the actual stock of the store and with limited quantity by first come first served basis. All the iPhone packaging will be pre-opened for activation before delivery to the customer. Customer must check immediately if there is any damage to the handset. After the inspection and collection, the handset cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6. For selected 5G service plans, your basic and top up entitlement support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions (such as Bit-Torrent). For customers with multiple or additional sim cards, only one sim card can support tethering and peer-to-peer (P2P) functions at a time. Any breach of these restrictions may lead to suspension of your service or additional charges by us.
7. This service plan uses 5G spectrum, which is only available for designated locations with the use of compatible devices. Actual speeds customers experience will be less than the specifications and will be affected by the device used, location, network conditions and other extraneous factors. In areas outside of our 5G coverage, you will be provided with a 3G and/or 4G Mobile Service.
8. If the customer chooses to terminate this service before the expiry of the commitment period of the above service for any reason, the customer must pay the early termination fee, which is the sum of the original monthly fee remaining in the commitment period of the above service.
